Shipping Policy

We ship our products world wide.

We are use third party Shipping Services and sometimes we will do directly from our store. We can choose from the following express shipping options for our customer in USA and out of USA: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, Russian Air, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and S.F. Express etc.

It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped within the US take 7-15 business days in USA. While orders in Canada take 10-20 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 15-40 business days to arrive. In case where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 9 weeks (45 business days).

The price of the shipping is determinate by your LOCATION and PRODUCTS WEIGHT. We need to mention, some product coming with FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE sometimes. See the SHIPPING OPTIONS when you CHECK OUT.

Orders are usually shipped within 5-8 business days of the time you placed the order (excluding weekends). 

When your order ships, you will receive an automatic email confirming your shipment as soon as possible.

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Please send us an email – urecayutofbastores@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help you cancel the order.

If the package was already shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

How can I update/change my shipping address for an order?

You can update your address by sending us an email at urecayutofbastores@gmail.com.

If your package has already been shipped we, unfortunately,  cannot update it.

As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email confirmation which will include the tracking number so you can follow its progress. 

Please note it can take 5-8 business days for your tracking to update.

Please contact us immediately. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, we’ll do our best to adjust your order but if it’s already been shipped out there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do.

Sometimes your package is just waiting in an unexpected place. We strongly suggest contacting your neighbors, looking in your backyard and calling your local post office to see if they’re holding the package for you.

Most of the time, if the package is too big to be delivered into your mailbox or nobody is available to receive it, they will bring it back to the post office for you to pick up.
